I deal daily with the stress of having purchased a fixer-upper and not always having the funds to fix it up. I seek to live a simple frugal life. Hopefully you will find my ramblings insightful or at the very least funny. My ultimate goal is to be debt free by 2017. I believe I can do it in 5 years but I have added the other two as a buffer. Unfortunately in 2020, I want to move to the country and build a green smart house which would kill my debt free dreams but who can predict the future?
